Ce projet est le résultat appliqué d'une recherche effectuée par l'Unité d'Enseignement et de Recherche en Tourisme de l'Ecole des HEC de l'Université de Lausanne intitulée "La problématique des chalets d'alpage en moyenne montagne fribourgeoise et vaudoise:l'agritourisme, une parade réaliste ?".
This project is the practical application of research undertaken by the Tourism Study and Research Unit of the faculty of Business Studies at Lausanne University. Entitled "The alpine chalet problem in the Fribourg and Vaud pre-Alps; agritourism, a realistic answer?", it is based on an analysis of the opinions of 313 persons engaged in alpine economic activity in Fribourg and Vaud 2003.
